Belgian Blue

A remarkable beef cattle breed from Belgium, celebrated for its impressive muscle development and lean meat, thanks to a unique double-muscling trait that ensures a high yield of tender, low-fat beef.

Shorthorn

Hailing from northeastern England, Shorthorn is famous for its exceptional tenderness and subtle flavor, nurtured by the fertile grasslands of the region.

Charolais

The Charolais cattle breed originated in the Charolles region of France. Bred for their meat quality, they have a long history of being prized for their superior taste and tenderness.

Aberdeen Angus

Originating from Scotland, Aberdeen Angus is renowned for its rich flavor and excellent marbling, nurtured by the climate and available feed in the region.

Limousin

Originating from the Limousin region of France, Limousin is known for its lean meat with a distinct flavor, shaped by the climate and traditional cattle-rearing practices of the area.

Simmental

Originally from the Swiss Alps, Simmental is known for its tenderness and full flavor, developed through grazing on high-altitude pastures and the crisp alpine climate.

Hereford

With a history dating back to Herefordshire, England, Hereford beef is celebrated for its fine texture and robust flavor, cultivated on the lush pastures of the English countryside.

Aubrac

With its roots in the Aubrac region of France, Aubrac is prized for its beautiful marbling and unique flavor profile, nourished by the abundant meadows and natural environment of the region.

Holstein

While primarily recognized for its dairy production, Holstein beef offers a unique flavor profile, developed by the rich pastures and careful breeding practices of the region.

Premium Lamb

We get our lamb directly from Ireland and the UK. We offer fresh lamb and mutton meat products in various cuts with and without bone.

Pork

We work closely with state of the art producers who supply us with fresh, vacuum packed premium pork meat.

Game

During the game season we distribute Belgian and European fresh game.
